The road markings and the architecture of the yellow apartment blocks strongly suggest a Central European setting, likely Germany or Austria. The vehicles are parked on the right side of the road, which is consistent with right-hand traffic. The overcast sky and temperate vegetation further support a location in this region. The style of the buildings and the street layout feel very characteristic of a German city. I suspect this is in Germany, possibly in a city like Munich or a similar urban area.

I am reasonably sure about the country, but less so about the specific city.

The road markings, including the white dashed lines and the layout of the intersection, are typical of Germany. The architectural style of the multi-story residential buildings with their distinct rooflines and muted colors strongly points towards a German urban environment. The presence of a white van and various European-style passenger cars confirms the location within the EU. Given the overall aesthetic and the specific road infrastructure, I am fairly confident this is in Germany, likely Munich.

I am reasonably sure about the country and the city.
