The yellow road sign with a blue border and white symbol is characteristic of Eastern European pedestrian crossing signs. The red and white brick architecture is very common in Poland. The red and white striped metal barriers are also typical for Polish urban road works or pedestrian management. I suspect this is in a Polish city, likely near a historic building. I am moderately sure about the country.

The architecture, with its classical, ornate facades, is very typical of Krakow's historic center. The white-dashed road markings for parking spaces are standard in Poland. The blue parking sign is also consistent with Polish signage. The overall atmosphere and tree-lined street strongly suggest a city like Krakow. I am quite confident this is Krakow, Poland.
