The architecture of the building with the distinct tower is characteristic of Central European town halls, specifically in Poland. The cobblestone square and the style of the fountain suggest a historic city center. The overall atmosphere and building design strongly point towards the city of Tarnów. I am quite confident in this location.

Country: Poland, City: Tarnów. Confidence: High.
