The architecture here features a mix of older, weathered brick buildings and a distinct, modern glass-facade structure with a diamond pattern. The yellow building with ornate details and the overall urban density suggest a European city, likely in the Balkans or Central Europe. The graffiti and the specific style of the electrical box point toward a city like Sofia, Bulgaria. I recognize the unique modern building as a landmark in Sofia's center. I am fairly confident in this location.
