The architecture, featuring a mix of older, weathered European buildings and a modern, angular glass structure, suggests a Central or Eastern European city. The street sign style and the general urban aesthetic point strongly toward Romania, specifically Bucharest. The juxtaposition of the historic yellow building and the contemporary office building is characteristic of the city's central districts. I am fairly confident this is in Bucharest.

The distinct, angular glass building in the background is the "Unirii View" office tower in Bucharest. The yellow historic building and the cobblestone street texture are very typical of the older sections of the city near the Unirii Square area. The graffiti and the specific style of the wrought-iron gate confirm a central urban Romanian setting. I am now highly confident in this location.
