I am currently inside a tunnel with white tiled walls and distinct lighting. The lane markings are white, suggesting right-hand traffic. The tunnel architecture and the specific style of the lights and emergency markers look very European. I suspect this is a major tunnel in a city like Brussels or perhaps somewhere in Germany. I am not very sure yet, as tunnels often look similar.

The tunnel features large green chevron signs on the walls, which are very characteristic of the tunnels in the Brussels region of Belgium, particularly the Leopold II Tunnel. The white tiled walls and the specific lighting layout confirm this is a major urban tunnel. Right-hand traffic is consistent with Belgian road rules. I am fairly confident this is the Leopold II Tunnel in Brussels.
