The scene shows a snowy urban street with a shop named "Cactus" and a "Dona Concept" store. The architecture and the style of the signage suggest a European city, likely in a region that experiences significant winter snowfall. The Latin script is used, and the overall aesthetic feels Eastern or Central European. I suspect this is in Romania, possibly Bucharest, given the style of the storefronts and the snowy conditions. I am moderately sure of this location.

The signage "Cactus" and "Dona Concept" confirms a commercial urban setting. The architecture and the specific branding style are highly characteristic of Bucharest, Romania. The snowy conditions match the winter climate of the region. I am confident this is a central street in Bucharest.
