The street has a distinct green bike lane and yellow taxi, which are iconic markers of New York City. The architecture, including the scaffolding and the specific style of the high-rise buildings, strongly points to Manhattan. The presence of a "Modern Age" sign and the overall urban density confirm this is a major metropolitan area in the United States. I am very confident this is New York City.
