I see a very distinct architectural landmark in the distance: the Oculus at the World Trade Center in New York City. The building on the left is clearly marked "BMCC," which stands for Borough of Manhattan Community College. The dense urban skyscrapers and the specific design of the Oculus confirm this is Lower Manhattan. I am very sure of this location.

Country: USA, City: New York City.
