The driving side is on the right. The signage, particularly the text "Zestawy są ostrze", is clearly in Polish. The architecture and the overhead tram lines are very characteristic of Central European cities. I suspect this is in Poland, likely in a mid-sized city. I am moderately sure.

The sign explicitly mentions "Zarząd Infrastruktury Komunalnej w Krakowie," which confirms this is in Kraków, Poland. The presence of tram lines and the specific street layout points to a suburban or industrial area of the city. The Bolt taxi and the overall infrastructure are consistent with a major Polish urban center. I am very sure of this location.
