The architecture, with its distinctive multi-story balconies and Mediterranean style, strongly suggests Greece. The vehicles and the general urban layout are consistent with a Greek city. The lighting and vegetation also point towards a warm, southern European climate. I suspect this is in a residential area of Athens. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
