The sign clearly says "Elektrownia Powiśle," which is a well-known redevelopment project in Warsaw, Poland. The red brick architecture is characteristic of the historic power plant buildings in that specific complex. The modern apartment building in the background matches the urban development style of the Powiśle district. I am very confident in this location.
