The driving side is on the right, and the road markings are typical of North American urban centers. The presence of a "FreshDirect" truck and a "FedEx" truck strongly points to a major city in the United States. The architecture, featuring tall brick and stone buildings, is characteristic of Manhattan, New York City. The street layout and traffic light style confirm this urban environment. I am highly confident this is New York City.
