The architecture, with its distinct multi-story residential blocks and functional design, strongly suggests a Central European urban setting, likely Germany. The vehicles and the general street layout are consistent with German traffic patterns and road markings. The style of the buildings and the urban density point towards a city like Berlin or a similar major German metropolitan area. I am fairly confident this is in Germany.
