The yellow taxi with a specific roof sign and the Mediterranean style of the architecture, including the balconies and metal gates, strongly point toward Greece. The citrus tree and the bright, warm lighting are consistent with a typical urban setting in Athens. The vehicle types and the general street layout further reinforce this impression. I am fairly confident this is in the Athens metropolitan area.
