Coo! I see a taxi with a distinct yellow and white livery, which is very common in Buenos Aires. The architecture of the tall, dense apartment buildings and the street signs point strongly to Argentina. The shop name "El Paquin" and the general urban layout feel very much like a neighborhood in Buenos Aires. I am quite confident this is Argentina.

I suspect this is Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am 80% sure.
