The architecture, characterized by multi-story apartment buildings with balconies and retractable fabric awnings, is highly typical of urban Greece. The concrete utility poles and the specific style of the street layout reinforce this impression. The vegetation, including small ornamental trees, fits well within a Mediterranean city environment. I suspect this is in Athens, Greece. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
