The architecture of these brick apartment blocks with balconies is very characteristic of Northern Europe, particularly Denmark. The license plates on the cars appear to have the thin white strip on the left side typical of EU plates. The bare trees and overcast sky suggest a late autumn or winter day in a temperate climate. I suspect this is a residential area in Copenhagen. I am moderately sure.

The overhead catenary wires for trams or trolleybuses are a strong indicator of a major European city with public transit infrastructure. The paved sidewalk with cobblestone borders is very common in Danish urban design. The orange flag in the distance and the general layout of the street confirm my suspicion of Copenhagen. I am quite confident in this location.
