The "føtex" sign on the building is a strong indicator of Denmark, as it is a major Danish supermarket chain. The architecture is modern and clean, typical of Scandinavian urban planning. The "APCOA" parking sign is also common in European cities. The overall climate and vegetation suggest a northern European location. I suspect this is in a city like Aarhus or Copenhagen.
