I see a "Paczkomat 24h" sign on the building, which is a very specific parcel locker system found in Poland. The vehicles and general infrastructure style are consistent with Central Europe. The flags in the distance have a blue color scheme often associated with Polish retail or logistics companies. I am quite sure this is in Poland.
