The sign on the building clearly says "Davide Cenci" and mentions "Roma". The architecture, cobblestone streets, and the style of the buildings are unmistakably Italian. This is a high-end shopping area in the historic center of Rome. I am very confident in this location.

Country: Italy, City: Rome.
