The text on the car and signs is clearly Polish, mentioning "Centrum Napraw Samochodowych" and "Restauracja." The street sign says "Augustiańska," which is a street name found in Kraków. The architecture of the building is typical of historic European city centers. I am very confident this is in Kraków, Poland.
