The scene shows a snowy urban environment with architecture that looks distinctly Eastern European or post-Soviet. The residential buildings have a utilitarian, mid-to-late 20th-century aesthetic common in cities like Bucharest or Sofia. The presence of snow and bare trees suggests a cold climate during winter. I suspect this is in Romania, likely Bucharest, given the specific style of the apartment blocks. I am moderately sure of this location.

The Cyrillic text "ДОСТАВКА" on the blue delivery vehicle confirms this is a Slavic-speaking country, likely Bulgaria. The "Pizza Ancona" branding and the specific phone number format point toward Sofia. The architecture and the general urban layout are very characteristic of residential districts in the Bulgarian capital. I am quite confident this is in Sofia, Bulgaria.
