The person in the photo is wearing a Colorado Rockies cap, which strongly suggests a location in the United States. The residential architecture, the style of the sidewalk, and the lush, temperate vegetation are very characteristic of the Pacific Northwest, specifically the Seattle area. The cars and general suburban layout reinforce this North American setting. I am fairly confident this is in a residential neighborhood in Seattle, Washington.
