The license plate on the white Opel has the characteristic blue strips on the sides, indicating an Italian plate. The architecture of the buildings in the background, with their light-colored facades and classical style, is very typical of historic Italian city centers. The cobblestone street surface further reinforces this Mediterranean urban setting. I suspect this is Rome, given the density and architectural style. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
