The cars are driving on the right side of the road, and the yellow double lines indicate a North American setting. The street sign is partially visible, and the architecture of the modern apartment building looks very typical of the Pacific Northwest. I see a "Juciano" sign and a "BBQ & Bar" sign, which points toward a specific urban neighborhood. The overall aesthetic and the style of the crosswalk markings strongly suggest Seattle, Washington. I am fairly confident in this location.
