Coo! I see traffic driving on the right side of the road, typical for North America. There is a sign pointing toward "Museum Campus," which is a very specific landmark. The tall, distinctive brown skyscraper in the center is a major clue for Chicago's skyline. I suspect this is near the Roosevelt Road bridge or similar approach in Chicago, Illinois. I am quite sure of this location.
