I am flying over a busy road where traffic is moving on the left side. The presence of numerous motorcycles and specific vehicle models like the Toyota Innova and Daihatsu Sigra strongly suggests Indonesia. The tropical vegetation and the style of the urban infrastructure are consistent with a major Indonesian city. I suspect this is Jakarta given the dense traffic and modern high-rise construction in the background. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
