The sticker on the car explicitly mentions "Preserve Route 66," strongly suggesting a location in the United States along the historic highway. The architecture, featuring modern industrial-style buildings and mid-rise apartments, combined with the lush green trees, points towards a midwestern urban environment. The street layout and general aesthetic are consistent with parts of Chicago, Illinois, which is a major hub on the route. I am fairly confident this is in the Chicago area.

I suspect this is Chicago, Illinois, USA. Confidence: 70%.
