I see cobblestone streets and classical European architecture, characteristic of historic city centers. The flags on the building in the distance appear to be the Italian tricolor and the European Union flag. The sign "APERITIVI & COCKTAILS" strongly points to Italy. The style of the buildings and the dense urban layout suggest a major historic city like Rome. I am quite confident this is in Rome, Italy.
