The architecture and street layout strongly suggest a European city, likely in Italy given the style of the buildings and the presence of a classic street corner café. The street signs and general urban atmosphere are consistent with a major Italian metropolitan area. The cobblestone-like road surface is very common in historic Italian city centers. I am reasonably sure this is Milan, Italy.
