The architecture and cobblestone streets strongly suggest a historic city center in Italy. The mural on the building features portraits that look like historical figures, common in Italian urban squares. The style of the buildings, with their tall, narrow windows and pastel-toned facades, is very characteristic of Northern Italian cities like Turin or Milan. I am fairly confident this is in Italy.

The mural explicitly mentions "MILANO 1945-1975," which confirms the location is Milan. The presence of the "Terranova" store and the specific architectural style of the surrounding buildings points to a central pedestrian area. The cobblestone paving and the specific layout of the square are iconic to the city center. I am now very confident in this location.
