The "Humana Vintage" store signage and the architectural style of the buildings strongly suggest an Italian city. The presence of tram tracks in the street is a classic feature of Milan. The street layout and the overall urban atmosphere align perfectly with the central districts of Milan. I am quite confident this is Milan, Italy.
