The truck in the image clearly displays "ENVIGADO" on its side, which is a well-known municipality in Colombia. The vegetation is lush and tropical, consistent with the Andean region of Colombia. The road markings and yellow curb paint reflect standard traffic infrastructure found in Colombian urban areas. I am very confident this is in Envigado, Antioquia.
