The red and white "no parking" sign is characteristic of South American traffic signage. The red and yellow painted curbs are very common in Argentina, indicating restricted parking zones. The architecture and the dense, leafy trees suggest a mid-sized city in the Pampas or central region of Argentina. I suspect this is somewhere in the Buenos Aires province or a similar urban area. I am moderately sure of this location.

The residential architecture with high walls and dense tree cover is very typical of the older, affluent neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, such as Belgrano or Palermo. The bright, clear sky and long shadows suggest a sunny summer day in the Southern Hemisphere. The vehicle types and the general street layout strongly reinforce my initial assessment of Argentina. I am quite confident this is within the Buenos Aires metropolitan area.
