The street architecture, with its tall, ornate, multi-story buildings and balconies, is characteristic of a major Italian city. The sign on the left mentions "ORO ELITE" and "COMPRO ORO," which is very common in Italy, and the phone number format "06" indicates the Rome area. The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road, consistent with Italian traffic laws. The overall atmosphere and urban density strongly suggest a central district in Rome. I am quite confident in this assessment.

Country: Italy, City: Rome.
