The architecture, including the arched entrance and the building style, is very characteristic of northern Italy. The street signs and the general urban night atmosphere reinforce the Italian identification. I see a bus stop sign that matches those found in Milan. The layout of the intersection and the surrounding residential buildings feel like a typical neighborhood in Milan. I am quite confident this is Milan, Italy.
