The bus in the image clearly says "Huachipa" and "Ate" on its side, which points directly to the Lima metropolitan area in Peru. The presence of a large concrete overpass and the specific style of the bus and street environment confirm this urban setting. The driving side is on the right, consistent with Peru. I am very confident this is in the Huachipa district of Lima.
