I see double yellow lines and a "Rampai RAMPS" sign, which points to Ireland. The Lidl store and the political posters for "Gary Gannon" and "McDonald" strongly suggest Dublin, specifically the Northside area. The architecture of the houses and the general grey, overcast sky are very typical of an Irish urban environment. I am quite confident this is in Dublin.

Country: Ireland, City: Dublin. I am 85% sure.
