The architecture, with its classic European urban style and arched doorways, suggests a location in Italy. The street scene, featuring outdoor seating and a relaxed evening atmosphere, is characteristic of many Italian city centers. The number "19" on the building is a common style for street addresses in this region. I suspect this is in a city like Milan or Turin. I am fairly sure of the country.
