The street sign on the pole features a phone number starting with 55, which is characteristic of the Mexico City metropolitan area. The architecture and the style of the crosswalk markings strongly suggest a residential area in Mexico. The vegetation and the bright, clear sky are consistent with the high-altitude climate of central Mexico. I am fairly confident this is in Mexico City.
