The street signs and the "Doppelgänger" store branding strongly suggest Italy. The parking sign indicates a "Mascagni" street, which is a common name in many Italian cities. The architecture and cobblestone streets are very characteristic of a historic Italian city center. I suspect this is Milan, given the urban layout and the store presence. I am fairly confident in this location.
