The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road, and the architecture with the "Big Bus" tour vehicle suggests a major American city. The style of the buildings and the bright, clear sky point towards a warm, coastal urban environment. I see a sign for "Self Storage" and a Jeep, which are very common in the United States. The high-rise buildings in the distance look like a downtown district. I suspect this is Miami, Florida. I am fairly sure of this location.
