The sign "SANTATECLA IMMOBILIARE" clearly indicates an Italian real estate agency. The architectural style of the buildings, with their classic European urban facade and shutters, is very characteristic of northern Italian cities. I suspect this is located in Milan, given the name "Santatecla" which is associated with a historic area near the Duomo. I am quite confident in this assessment.

I am 85% sure this is in Milan, Italy.
