The landscape features dry, grassy slopes and pine-like trees, suggesting a Mediterranean or semi-arid climate. The infrastructure, including the concrete curb and utility poles, looks typical of Southern Europe or parts of Latin America. The lighting and vegetation density point toward a coastal or hilly region. I suspect this is in Portugal or perhaps Spain given the specific look of the terrain. I am not very sure yet.

The architecture of the apartment buildings in the background is very characteristic of residential developments found in Portugal. The dry, grassy slope and the specific style of the utility pole reinforce the Iberian Peninsula hypothesis. The road markings and general infrastructure design feel distinctly Portuguese. I am fairly confident this is in the outskirts of a Portuguese city, possibly near Lisbon or Porto.
