The architecture and the "SETA" sign suggest a European city, likely in Italy given the style of the buildings and the prevalence of scooters. The street layout and the way the cars are parked indicate a Mediterranean urban environment. The night setting limits visibility, but the overall aesthetic feels very consistent with northern Italian cities like Milan or Turin. I am moderately sure this is in Italy.

The overall atmosphere and street layout feel characteristic of a residential or semi-central area in a mid-sized Italian city. I am fairly confident this is in Italy, likely in the northern or central region.
