The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The road markings and the style of the traffic lights are characteristic of Southern Europe. The architecture of the concrete overpass and the surrounding vegetation suggest a Mediterranean urban environment, likely in Portugal. The white van and the general road layout point towards a major city like Lisbon. I am reasonably sure this is in Lisbon, Portugal.

The concrete overpass structure is very distinctive and matches the infrastructure found in Lisbon, specifically near the Eixo Norte-Sul. The yellow bus in the distance is typical of Carris, the public transport operator in Lisbon. The traffic lights and signage style confirm this is Portugal. I am very confident this is in Lisbon.
