I see traffic driving on the right side of the road. The street signs and architecture, particularly the ornate yellow-toned buildings with tram wires overhead, strongly suggest a city in the Baltic region or Central Europe. The "No Stopping" sign is typical for this area. The style of the buildings and the overall urban layout point towards Riga, Latvia. I am fairly confident in this location.

Country: Latvia, City: Riga.
