The architecture, with its textured facades, metal security grilles on windows, and roll-down garage doors, is highly characteristic of residential areas in Mexico. The vegetation, specifically the dense, leafy trees, suggests a temperate climate often found in the central highlands. I see a Ford EcoSport, which is a very common vehicle in Latin American markets. The style of the buildings and the general urban density point strongly towards a large Mexican city. I suspect this is in Mexico City.

I am 60% sure.

The green utility pole is a very strong indicator of Mexico City, as these are ubiquitous throughout the capital. The residential building style, with its red-painted metal accents and security bars, is classic for the middle-class neighborhoods of Mexico City. The white Nissan sedan is one of the most common cars on Mexican roads. The overall urban aesthetic confirms my previous suspicion. I am now 85% sure this is Mexico City.
