The traffic is driving on the right side of the road, typical of North America. The green "EXIT 2" sign and the mention of the "Adrienne Arsht Center" are definitive clues pointing to Miami, Florida. The tall, modern skyscrapers and the construction cranes are consistent with the downtown Miami skyline near the MacArthur Causeway. I am very confident this is Miami, Florida, USA.
